Receta Baked Ham Loaf

Ingredientes
- 2 med Large eggs beaten
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 3/4 c. grnd cooked ham
- 2 slc fine fresh bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
- 1/2 c. finely-minced celery
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 7 1/2- by 3 1/2- by 2-inch loaf pan or possibly four 6 oz custard c. with vegetable pan-coating.
- Combine beaten Large eggs, catsup, mustard, and lowfat milk. Add in all other ingredients; mix well. Turn into the loaf pan or possibly custard c..
- Bake 1 hour for loaf pan or possibly 40 min for individual custard c.. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 min. Unmold on a serving platter. Cut loaf into four slices.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
