Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Fresh mushrooms, minced
  • 4 ounce Garlic, finely minced
  • 2 ounce Shallots or possibly white part of green onions, finely minced
  • 3 c. Dry white wine
  • 1 x -(up to)
  • 2 x Bay leaves
  • 1 pch Thyme Salt & pepper Oysters Hollandaise sauce

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry minced mushrooms in butter; add in garlic and shallots, minced fine.
  2. Then add in and reduce white wine, bay leaves and thyme. Add in salt and pepper.
  3. Cover fresh oysters in a casserole dish with mushroom sauce. Cook in a 450 degree oven till oysters are done. Cover with a Hollandaise sauce and brown under broiler.
