Ingredientes
- 3 lb Fresh mushrooms, minced
- 4 ounce Garlic, finely minced
- 2 ounce Shallots or possibly white part of green onions, finely minced
- 3 c. Dry white wine
- 1 x -(up to)
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 1 pch Thyme Salt & pepper Oysters Hollandaise sauce
Direcciones
- Saute/fry minced mushrooms in butter; add in garlic and shallots, minced fine.
- Then add in and reduce white wine, bay leaves and thyme. Add in salt and pepper.
- Cover fresh oysters in a casserole dish with mushroom sauce. Cook in a 450 degree oven till oysters are done. Cover with a Hollandaise sauce and brown under broiler.
