Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 c. Little Bits Nestle chocolates
  • 2 c. fresh fruit
  • Confectioners sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In oven heat butter in 10 inch cast iron frying pan. In large bowl put together large eggs, lowfat milk, and flour; beat till frothy. Pour into hot frying pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 2 min. Remove from oven; sprinkle with chocolate morsels over pancake. Return to oven. Bake at 425 degrees for 17-19 min. Top with fresh fruit and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Serve immediately. Makes 1 pancake.
