Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1 c. Little Bits Nestle chocolates
- 2 c. fresh fruit
- Confectioners sugar

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In oven heat butter in 10 inch cast iron frying pan. In large bowl put together large eggs, lowfat milk, and flour; beat till frothy. Pour into hot frying pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 2 min. Remove from oven; sprinkle with chocolate morsels over pancake. Return to oven. Bake at 425 degrees for 17-19 min. Top with fresh fruit and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Serve immediately. Makes 1 pancake.
