Ingredientes

  • 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. Apple cider
  • 1 Tbsp. Plus
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Minced onion
  • 1 x Clove (small) garlic, chopped
  • 1 can (4-ounce) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 2 x Pheasants Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Blend all ingredients except pheasants and paprika. Pour over pheasants and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, for 1-1/2 to 2 hrs. Remove cover the last 30 min of cooking. After 1 hour, sprinkle again with paprika.
