  • 1 medium zucchini, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup crushed pine nuts
  • drizzling of olive oil
  • one tablespoon garlic salt
  • one teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Dash of Sriracha sauce

Direcciones

  1. Pre Heat Oven 425 F
  2. Cut zucchini into nice sized slices
  3. On a plate add crushed pine nuts (I place them into a re-sealable bag and run rolling pin over the pine nuts several times)
  4. Drizzle zucchini slices with olive oil
  5. On a plate add crushed pine nuts, garlic salt, white pepper and using a fork stir to mix, coat zucchini chips on both sides and place in a single layer on a non stick baking sheet pan
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
  7. In a small bowl add marinara sauce, sriracha sauce, chili powder stir well, cover with a paper towel and microwave one minute to heat up dipping sauce
