Baked Pork Chops With Filling Balls

Ingredientes

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 1-2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. water
  • Bread filling
  • 2 c. bread cubes
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. warm water

Direcciones

  1. Saute onion and celery in 2 tbsp butter. In frying pan, brown pork chops on both sides. Transfer to flat baking pan or possibly casserole dish. Prepare favorite bread filling in with drippings. Form into balls and place 1 ball of filling on each chop. Mix water and soup together. Pour over chops and filling balls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till tender.
