Ingredientes

  • 2 c. cooked white rice
  • 2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 c. liquid egg substitute
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish and set it in a larger, deep pan.
  3. Add in boiling water to pan to a depth of 1/4 inch. Bake for 1 hour and 15 min.
