Receta Baked Raisin Rice Pudding

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked white rice
- 2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 c. liquid egg substitute
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grnd cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish and set it in a larger, deep pan.
- Add in boiling water to pan to a depth of 1/4 inch. Bake for 1 hour and 15 min.
