Baked Rockfish With Ginger Lime Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 lb Rockfish fillets
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Ketchup

Direcciones

  1. Place the fish fillets on a rack set in a pan (or possibly use a broiling pan), and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven 12 min per inch of thickness. Test for doneness.
  2. While the fish is cooking heat the margarine in a small saucepan. Add in the ginger, lime juice and ketchup. Stir till blended and warm.
