- Place the fish fillets on a rack set in a pan (or possibly use a broiling pan), and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven 12 min per inch of thickness. Test for doneness.
- While the fish is cooking heat the margarine in a small saucepan. Add in the ginger, lime juice and ketchup. Stir till blended and warm.
