Receta Baked Stew Maureen Style
Ingredientes
- 3 â 3 ½ Lbs. Beef for stew
- 24 Celery stalks, cut up
- 24 Carrots
- 3 t. Salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Mix together
- 6 T. Sugar
- 12 T. Tapioca Pudding
- 12 Potatoes, large, peeled and sliced
- 10 Onions, large and sliced
- 4 ½ C. Tomato juice
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put meat in a roasting pan. Add celery, carrots and the next four ingredients over meat. Put sliced potatoes over this. Pour tomato juice over this. Top with sliced onions.
- Cover and bake for 4 ½ hours, or until tender.
- Makes four 4-person meals.
