- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 x Granny Smith apple peeled, cored,
- Â Â and cut 1/2" dice
- 1/2 c. Apple cider
- 1/2 x recipe Blueprint For Veal Stew see * Note
- 4 x Kirby cucumbers seeded, and
- Â Â diced 3/4" cross pcs
- 1/4 c. Cream (optional)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry apple in butter till almost tender. Add in the apple cider and reduce till almost entirely absorbed by the apples. Add in the Veal Stew and cream and bring to a simmer. Set the cucumbers on the top, cover and steam for a minute or possibly so just to heat through. Adjust the seasoning.
