Ingredientes

  • 4 x rib or possibly loin pork chops, cut 1" thick
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. celery, finely diced
  • 2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 c. water salt and pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Slit a pocket along the bone side of each chop. Prepare the stuffing by browning the onion and celery in a little fat, then combining with crumbs, salt and pepper, sage and poultry seasoning and water. Stuff each chop with 1/4 of the mix. Skewer edges together with toothpicks; season chops with salt and pepper. Place in baking pan. Cover and bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for one hour. Remove cover and continue baking another 30 min to brown.
