.%20But%20sometimes,%20I%20just%20can't%20get%20them%20out%20of%20my%20head.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EToday%20was%20one%20of%20those%20days.%20I%20wanted%20fries.%20Badly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo,%20I%20decided%20to%20turn%20on%20the%20oven%20and%20make%20some%20baked%20fries%20in%20hopes%20that%20they%20would%20satisfy%20this%20urge.%20And%20to%20make%20them%20even%20healthier%20(and%20in%20my%20opinion,%20more%20delicious),%20I%20made%20them%20with%20sweet%20potatoes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20result?%20Crunchy%20on%20the%20outside,%20soft%20in%20the%20middle,%20salty%20and%20flavourful%20with%20that%20perfect%20balance%20of%20sweet%20potato%20sweetness.%20They%20were%20delicious.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20made%20a%20garlic%20mayonnaise%20to%20go%20with%20them.%20I%20used%20pure%20olive%20oil%20mayonnaise,%20yogurt,%20fresh%20garlic%20and%20lemon%20juice.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBaked%20Sweet%20Potato%20Fries%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServing%20for%201%20person%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20Sweet%20Potato%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOlive%20Oil%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESea%20Salt%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20tbsp%20Fresh%20Rosemary,%20chopped%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(you%20could%20use%20any%20herbs%20or%20spices%20that%20you%20like)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20400%20degrees%20Fahrenheit.%20Line%20a%20baking%20sheet%20with%20foil%20and%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECut%20the%20sweet%20potato%20into%20sticks%20about%201/2%20inch%20thick.%20Place%20them%20in%20a%20large%20bowl.%20Drizzle%20with%20olive%20oil%20and%20add%20a%20generous%20pinch%20of%20salt%20and%20the%20rosemary.%20Toss%20to%20coat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20sweet%20potatoes%20on%20the%20lined%20baking%20sheet%20in%20a%20single%20layer%20so%20that%20they%20brown%20evenly.%20Bake%20for%20about%2015%20minutes,%20then%20turn%20the%20potatoes%20over%20on%20the%20sheet%20and%20bake%20for%20another%2015%20minutes%20until%20nicely%20browned.%20Serve%20with%20garlic%20aioli%20for%20dipping.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20all%20ingredients%20into%20a%20small%20bowl.%20Season%20with%20salt%20and%20pepper%20to%20taste.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
