Ingredientes

  • Small Baking potato
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 pch Pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 400 . Scrub potatoes, pat dry, and rub skins lightly with a little bit of butter. Pierce potatoes in several places with a fork. Bake potatoes till tender when pierced (about 45 min to 1 hour). When cold sufficient to handle, cut in halves lengthwise and scoop out potato, leaving a thin shell about 1/8 inch thick. Reserve potato for other dishs. Place skins on a baking sheet. Heat butter in a small pan with paprika and white pepper. Stir. Brush insides of potato skins with butter mix. Bake potato skins till crisp and golden brown (18 to 20 min).
  2. Extras: for variety, try adding grated cheese, crumbled bacon, green onion or possibly chives.
