Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced lemon balm
  • 2 x Oranges, skinned and minced very finely
  • 1 sm Canned red pepper, minced finely
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. Orange juice Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine the balm, oranges and red pepper and mix well.
  2. Mix the oil into the vinegar, stirring thoroughly so as to thicken the mix, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir the orange juice in and add in the dressing to the balm mix.
  4. Allow it to stand for a few hrs before serving.
  5. NOTES : This dressing is delicious with a chicory salad and also makes a very unusual potato salad. Try it on mixed salads of all kinds, or possibly as a dressing for French beans.
  6. This recipe makes 150ml
  7. (1/4 pint).
