Balsamic And Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredientes

  • 3 x cloves roasted garlic squeezed from their skins
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable or possibly chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary or possibly 1 tsp. dry rosemary
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a food processor or possibly blender process all ingredients till emulsified.
  2. Taste for salt and pepper.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  4. Roasting garlic:Preheat oven to 400F.Cut top third from bulb of garlic.
  5. Wrap in foil and roast about 40 min or possibly till garlic is soft.
  6. Roasted garlic gives both a sweet nutty flavour and a creamy texture here. Try this on soft leaf lettuces and for a more substantial meal add in sliced chicken breast.
