Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Direcciones

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large resealable plastic storage bag; mix well. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 min.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium heat till warm. Place the chicken on the pan, discarding excess marinade, and cook for 6 to 10 min per side, or possibly till no pink remains and the juices run clear.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  4. Serving size: 1 breast half.
