Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients in a large resealable plastic storage bag; mix well. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 min.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat till warm. Place the chicken on the pan, discarding excess marinade, and cook for 6 to 10 min per side, or possibly till no pink remains and the juices run clear.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Serving size: 1 breast half.
