Balsamic Roasted Carrots

Ingredientes

  • 2 lb carrots (about 12 large)
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper vegetable cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut carrots in half lengthwise; cut diagonally into 1-inch pcs to equal 5 c.. Combine carrots and next 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spoon carrots mix onto a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 F. for 40 min or possibly till carrots are soft and browned, stirring every 15 min.
