Ingredientes
1 c. Balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. White wine
1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
1 x Clove garlic, chopped
1 x Shallot, chopped
1 x Bay leaf
2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil or possibly 1 tsp dry
1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
Direcciones
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Makes 1 1/2 c. This is a greatmarinade for a butterflied leg of lamb.
