Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 3 lrg clov garlic crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. cracked black pepper
  • 2 lb top round steak 1 1/2" thick

Direcciones

  1. In a plastic zip-top bag, combine all ingredients; seal and shake to coat steak. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs, turning once. Heat broiler. Place steak on a broiler rack. Broil 20 mins. for med-rare, turning once. Let stand 10 mins. before slicing.
