%20High%20School%20Reunion.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20were%20the%20Class%20of%20'83,%20a%20time%20when%20Swatch's%20were%20used%20to%20tell%20time%20not%20cell%20phones,%20when%20The%20Moonwalk%20was%20cooler%20than%20Twerking,%20and%20when%20no%20one%20knew%20who%20Anakin%20Skywalker%20was%20but%20we%20all%20wanted%20an%20Ewok%20for%20a%20pet.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1983%20also%20brought%20a%20young%20Tom%20Cruise%20to%20the%20scene%20in%20Risky%20Business,%20an%20awesome%20Vacation%20with%20Clark%20Griswald,%20and%20a%20flood%20of%20tears%20when%20watching%20Aurora%20in%20Terms%20of%20Endearment.%20%20And%20%22What%20a%20Feeling%22%20it%20was%20to%20see%20Jennifer%20Beals%20in%20Flash%20Dance%20(yes...%20I%20had%20a%20shirt%20just%20like%20hers!).%20%20I%20also%20wanted%20one%20of%20those%20Vegemite%20Sandwiches%20from%20a%20land%20%22Down%20Under%22,%20and%20I%20really%20wanted%20to%20know...%20who%20was%20Billy%20Jean?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20any%20case...%20we've%20all%20come%20a%20long%20way,%20and%20what%20it%20treat%20it%20was%20to%20see%20nearly%20half%20of%20my%20graduating%20high%20school%20class.%20%20With%2030%20years%20passing,%20those%20name%20tags%20really%20did%20come%20in%20handy%20as%20we%20all%20tried%20to%20covertly%20peek%20(not%20so%20easy%20without%20putting%20on%20those%20reading%20glasses%20we%20didn't%20want%20anyone%20to%20know%20we%20use)%20so%20we%20didn't%20seem%20to%20have%20forgotten%20anyone.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20girls%20were%20gorgeous%20and%20the%20men%20handsome%20as%20ever,%20and%20for%20the%20most%20part%20friends%20picked%20up%20where%20they%20left%20off%20at%20the%20last%20reunion.%20%20At%20this%20point%20in%20our%20lives%20most%20of%20us%20are%20comfortable%20in%20our%20own%20skin%20and%20just%20happy%20to%20see%20old%20friends.%20%20Laughter%20could%20be%20heard%20the%20whole%20night%20through%20and%20many%20of%20us%20had%20a%20hard%20time%20saying%20goodnight.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20this%20is%20a%20testament%20to%20our%20incredible%20reunion%20committee.%20%20Putting%20in%20months%20of%20work%20so%20the%20rest%20of%20us%20could%20fly%20in%20at%20the%20last%20minute%20to%20enjoy%20a%20wonderful%20evening,%20the%20committee%20put%20together%20an%20incredible%20event.Friends%20for%20over%2035%20years...%20%20Love%20you%20Suzanne!!Arriving%20on%20my%20own%20and%20admittedly%20a%20little%20nervous%20(would%20anyone%20really%20remember%20me?),%20the%20first%20face%20I%20saw%20immediately%20put%20me%20at%20ease%20with%20a%20big%20smile%20and%20a%20welcoming%20hug.%20%20Thank%20you,%20thank%20you%20to%20the%20committee%20for%20all%20the%20work%20you%20put%20into%20the%20evening%20and%20for%20immediately%20making%20me%20feel%20comfortable.%20%20Thanks%20to%20the%20wonderful%20friends%20I%20hadn't%20seen%20in%20years,%20I%20enjoyed%20catching%20up%20with%20each%20and%20every%20one%20of%20you...%20I'm%20eagerly%20looking%20forward%20to%20our%2040th!%20How%20lucky%20am%20I%20to%20be%20a%20part%20of%20such%20a%20wonderful%20group%20of%20people??%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20comfortable%20is%20exactly%20how%20this%20bread%20will%20make%20you%20feel.%20%20Bringing%20the%20soothing%20flavors%20of%20fall,%20this%20Banana%20Apple%20Spice%20Bread%20studded%20with%20soft%20chunks%20of%20cinnamony%20apple%20will%20leave%20you%20with%20a%20smile%20on%20your%20face%20and%20a%20friend%20in%20anyone%20you%20choose%20share%20it%20with.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBanana%20Apple%20Spice%20Bread%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20both%20kids%20asking%20for%20seconds,%20this%20sweet%20bread%20ranked%20an%20immediate%20hit.%20%20Moist%20and%20with%20a%20tender%20crumb,%20I%20love%20the%20whole%20grains%20giving%20it%20substance,%20the%20fall-flavored%20spices%20are%20just%20a%20bonus!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350%C2%BA.%20%20Prepare%20a%20loaf%20pan%20with%20cooking%20spray%20and%20a%20sprinkle%20of%20Vanilla%20Sugar%20(or%20plain%20sugar).%20%20(Pour%20a%20few%20teaspoons%20of%20sugar%20into%20the%20pan%20and%20tip%20the%20pan%20to%20spread%20the%20sugar%20evenly...%20the%20sugar%20brings%20a%20nice%20%22crunch%22%20to%20the%20loaf!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20large%20bowl%20add%20the%20flour,%20bran,%20flax,%20baking%20powder%20and%20spices.%20%20Whisk%20to%20combine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20medium%20bowl,%20add%20the%20oil%20and%20brown%20sugar%20and%20give%20it%20a%20good%20whisk%20to%20combine.%20%20Add%20the%20eggs,%20whisking%20again%20to%20combine%20well.%20%20Add%20the%20milk%20and%20vanilla,%20once%20again%20whisking%20well.%20%20Stir%20in%20the%20mashed%20banana.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESprinkle%20the%20chopped%20apples%20over%20the%20dry%20ingredients,%20then%20pour%20the%20wet%20ingredients%20into%20the%20dry%20ingredients%20and%20stir%20gently,%20just%20until%20barely%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20the%20batter%20into%20your%20prepared%20loaf%20pan%20(or%20mini%20loaf%20pans,%20or%20muffin%20tins)%20and%20sprinkle%20with%20raw%20sugar%20(1%20-%202%20Tbs),%20then%20place%20the%20pan%20into%20the%20hot%20oven.%20%20Bake%20until%20the%20bread%2
