Ingredientes

  • 9 sqr graham crackers
  • 1 pkt vanilla pudding mix (small)
  • 2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 2 med bananas peeled and each cut in 18 rounds
  • 2 Tbsp. caramel topping
  • 2 sqr graham crackers crushed into crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Cover bottom of an 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan with half the graham cracker squares. Beat pudding mix and skim lowfat milk according to package directions.
  2. Immediately pour half into loaf pan. Top with half the banana slices.
  3. Drizzle with the caramel sauce. Layer remaining crackers, pudding and bananas. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Cover and chill at least 8 hrs for flavor to develop. To serve, spoon into dessert dishes.
