Banana Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter, at room temperature
  • 12 ounce Cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 lrg Banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 dsh Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 pkt Confectioners' sugar, (16 oz)

Direcciones

  1. Beat the butter, cream cheese, and lowfat sour cream together in a large bowl till light. Add in the banana, vanilla, nutmeg, and sugar, mixing well till fluffy. Spread over cooled cake if using as a frosting. Keep refrigerated till serving time.
  2. Yield: 2 1/2 c.
