Name: Banana Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients: 1/2 c. Butter, at room temperature; 12 ounce Cream cheese, at room temperature; 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream; 1 lrg Banana, mashed; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 dsh Freshly grated nutmeg; 1 pkt Confectioners' sugar, (16 oz)

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Butter, at room temperature
12 ounce Cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
1 lrg Banana, mashed
1 tsp Vanilla
1 dsh Freshly grated nutmeg
1 pkt Confectioners' sugar, (16 oz)

Direcciones

Beat the butter, cream cheese, and lowfat sour cream together in a large bowl till light. Add in the banana, vanilla, nutmeg, and sugar, mixing well till fluffy. Spread over cooled cake if using as a frosting. Keep refrigerated till serving time.
Yield: 2 1/2 c.
