  • 1 pkt sugar-free fat-free instant banana-cream pudding mix - (0.9 ounce)
  • 3/4 c. fat-free (skim) lowfat milk
  • 1 can crushed pineapple in juice - (8 ounce) liquid removed, and juice reserved
  • 1/2 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, lowfat milk, and reserved pineapple juice. Mix with an electric mixer till smooth (will be thick).
  2. Add in lowfat sour cream and mix again till smooth. Stir in pineapple and refrigeratefor 30 min.
