- 1 pkt sugar-free fat-free instant banana-cream pudding mix - (0.9 ounce)
- 3/4 c. fat-free (skim) lowfat milk
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice - (8 ounce) liquid removed, and juice reserved
- 1/2 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream

- In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, lowfat milk, and reserved pineapple juice. Mix with an electric mixer till smooth (will be thick).
- Add in lowfat sour cream and mix again till smooth. Stir in pineapple and refrigeratefor 30 min.
