Receta Banana Fudge Ripple Cake
A banana cake layered with fudge sauce and nuts

- melt together butter and chocolate chips, set aside to cool
- In small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, add 1/2 cup sugar and set aside
- Cream together butter,sugar, egg yolks, bananas and sour cream, gradually add flour, baking soda , salt, baking powder and vanilla.
- Fold in beaten egg whites.
- Put 1/3 of batter in prepared tube pan.
- Top with half of chocolate sauce and 1/2 of the nuts.
- Repeat once more ending with 1/3 of the batter.
- Bake 55-60 min @ 350 degrees until done.
- Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar when cool
