Receta Banana Gingerbread Bars

- 1/2 C. DOLE Raisins1/2 c. DOLE Slivered Almonds 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar1 Juice from DOLE Lemon
- Place medium banana in blender. Process till pureed; use 1/2 c. for recipe.
- Combine gingerbread mix, water, 1/2 c. pureed banana and egg in large bowl. Beat well.
- Stir in minced banana, raisins and almonds.
- Spread batter in greased 13x9" naking pan. Bake in 350'F. oven 20-25 min till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Mix powdered sugar and 3 Tbsp. lemon juice in medium bowl to make thin glaze. Spread over hot gingerbread. Cold.
- Cut into bars.
- Sprinkle iwth additional powdered sugar if you like.
- Makes 32 bars.
