Ingredientes

  • 1 med Extra-ripe DOLE Banana peeled
  • 1 pkt Gingerbread cake mix (14.5z
  • 1/2 c. Lukewarm water
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 sm DOLE Banana peeled and

Direcciones

  1. 1/2 C. DOLE Raisins1/2 c. DOLE Slivered Almonds 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar1 Juice from DOLE Lemon
  2. Place medium banana in blender. Process till pureed; use 1/2 c. for recipe.
  3. Combine gingerbread mix, water, 1/2 c. pureed banana and egg in large bowl. Beat well.
  4. Stir in minced banana, raisins and almonds.
  5. Spread batter in greased 13x9" naking pan. Bake in 350'F. oven 20-25 min till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Mix powdered sugar and 3 Tbsp. lemon juice in medium bowl to make thin glaze. Spread over hot gingerbread. Cold.
  7. Cut into bars.
  8. Sprinkle iwth additional powdered sugar if you like.
  9. Makes 32 bars.
