Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Organic whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp LIMA sea salt
  • 2 c. EDENsoy Or possibly- any EDEN food beverage
  • 2 Tbsp. EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. EDEN Safflower Oil
  • 1/4 c. EDEN Barley Malt or possibly honey
  • 2 tsp Vanilla (if not using Vanilla flavor)
  • 2 x Bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 c. Walnut pcs (amount may be doubled)
  • 1/2 c. Raisins

Direcciones

  1. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. In separate bowl, combine liquids, add in to dry ingredients and stir. Mix in bananas, walnuts and raisins.
  2. Spoon into oiled muffin tin. Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 20 min.

  4. Cooking Time: 20 min
  5. Yield: 12 muffins
