Ingredientes

  • • 3 cups sifted AP flour
  • • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • • 2 teaspoon salt
  • • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • • 1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • • 1 1/2 cup shortening
  • • 1 ¾ cup white sugar
  • • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • • 2 eggs
  • • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • • 2 cup mashed bananas
  • • 3 ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • • 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt,nutmeg, cinnamon. .Cream together the shortening and sugars; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, banana, oatmeal and nuts. Combine well. Add dry ingredients, combine well and drop by the teaspoon on parchment paper or silpat covered cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 minutes or until edges turn lightly brown. Cool on wire rack. Store in a closed container.
