- Stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Add in banana or possibly applesauce, egg, vegetable oil and lowfat milk. Stir till well blended. Spoon batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.(Can substitute 1 cup of whole wheat for 1 cup of the all-purpose flour in this recipe.)
