Receta Banana Or Applesauce Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. call-purpose flour
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for applesauce bread)
- 1 c. mashed banana or possibly 1 c. applesauce
- 1 egg or possibly 2 egg whites
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Add in banana or possibly applesauce, egg, vegetable oil and lowfat milk. Stir till well blended. Spoon batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.(Can substitute 1 cup of whole wheat for 1 cup of the all-purpose flour in this recipe.)
