  • 2 c. call-purpose flour
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for applesauce bread)
  • 1 c. mashed banana or possibly 1 c. applesauce
  • 1 egg or possibly 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Add in banana or possibly applesauce, egg, vegetable oil and lowfat milk. Stir till well blended. Spoon batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.(Can substitute 1 cup of whole wheat for 1 cup of the all-purpose flour in this recipe.)
