Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 x egg equivalent (we use EnerG)
  • 3 x mashed bananas extra-ripe ones mash easier or possibly pop into microwave for a bit to soften
  • 1/4 c. crushed pineapple liquid removed save the liquid removed juice

Direcciones

  1. Mix the dry ingredients, then fold in the wet ones. If the mix is too dry, add in some of the saved pineapple juice.
  2. Bake at 350 for about 45-60 min till the top is golden and a toothpick comes out nearly dry.
