Ingredientes

  • 4 x Bananas, peeled
  • 200 gm Cooked white rice, (any type)
  • 4 Tbsp. Soft dark brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Dark rum
  • 4 Tbsp. Chocolate nut spread
  • 500 gm Natural Greek lowfat yoghurt
  • 4 x Crisp biscuits or possibly wafers to decorate

Direcciones

  1. Chop half the bananas into the bases of four stemmed glass goblets or possibly tumblers.
  2. Put the rice, sugar, rum, chocolate nut spread and half the lowfat yoghurt into a food processor. Whizz to a speckled marbled puree or possibly fool.
  3. Spoon a portion on top of the bananas. Top with the remaining bananas, remaining lowfat yoghurt, then add in the biscuits or possibly wafers. Serve cold.
