Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. sugar (caster)
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 x bananas
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Lena banana liqueur

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar and water in a pan, stir over heat till sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil, cold then chill till cool.
  2. Blend or possibly process bananas till smooth, add in orange juice, liqueur and sugar syrup. Pour mix into a tray or possibly lamington tin and freeze for 3-4 hrs. Whisk mix regularly while freezing to ensure a smooth texture. The more often you do, the better the finished result will be.
  3. Serve with kiwifruit coulis.
  4. Serves 4.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit salad.
