Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 egg

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine base ingredients. Mix at low speed till crumbly. Press in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till light golden; cold. Spread 3/4 c. frosting over base (reserve remaining frosting). Arrange bananas in single layer over frosting.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In large bowl, combine dissolved gelatin and reserved frosting; beat till well combined. Add in cream cheese and 1/3 of whipped cream, beat till smooth. Spread proportionately over bananas. Spread remaining whipped cream proportionately over top of dessert. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Store in refrigerator. 16 servings.
