Ingredientes

  • 1 c. ff plain or possibly vanilla yogurt (eliminate honey if using vanilla yogurt)
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1 x TAB honey
  • 4 x bananas, peeled
  • 1/4 c. grape nuts
  • 1/2 c. crushed strawberries

Direcciones

  1. Mix yogurt, pineapple and honey. Cut bananas in half, lengthwise. For each serving, use 2 banana halves. Put 1/4 c. yogurt mix on each serving. Sprinkle with grape nuts and top with crushed berries. Red raspberries may be substituted for strawberries.
  2. Serves 4.
