Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. margarine softened
  • 4 x bananas mashed
  • 2 x egg whites whipped
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. rolled oats uncooked
  • 2 c. unbleached flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 c. low-fat vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1/2 c. fat-free caramel topping

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, bananas, egg whites, and vanilla. In another mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, and chocolate chips. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just till moistened. Drop dough by 1/4 measuring cupfuls ontounprepared baking sheet, about 3" apart. Spread dough to 3 1/2" in diameter. Bake for 14 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold 1 minute on baking sheet and remove to wire rack.
  2. Serving Ideas : To serve, top each cookie a scoop of ice cream & topping.
