Ingredientes

  • 2 c. fruit after pureeing
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 c. flour, white or possibly whole wheat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 3/4 c. minced nuts
  • 3/4 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. In blender:
  2. Puree or possibly liquify completely.In a large bowl:
  3. Pour liquid into dry ones, mix well. Add in nuts and raisins. Divide equally into well greased bread loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or possibly till a tester comes out clean. Bake at 350 degrees.Makes 2 loaves.
  4. This freezes very well.
  5. Can be made with many kinds of fruits or possibly combinations.
