Ingredientes
- 2 c. fruit after pureeing
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour, white or possibly whole wheat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 3/4 c. minced nuts
- 3/4 c. raisins
Direcciones
- In blender:
- Puree or possibly liquify completely.In a large bowl:
- Pour liquid into dry ones, mix well. Add in nuts and raisins. Divide equally into well greased bread loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or possibly till a tester comes out clean. Bake at 350 degrees.Makes 2 loaves.
- This freezes very well.
- Can be made with many kinds of fruits or possibly combinations.
