Ingredientes

  • 10 lrg tender ears of corn
  • 1 x green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 x red pepper - (to 1) chopped
  • 1 lrg yellow onion chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/3 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

Direcciones

  1. Cut corn kernels from cobs. Combine the corn kernels with remaining ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for a half hour.
  2. Pour into warm, sterilized preserving jars, cover, and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 20 min.
  3. This recipe yields about 4 pints.
  4. Yield: 4 pints
