Ingredientes
- 10 lrg tender ears of corn
- 1 x green pepper chopped
- 1/2 x red pepper - (to 1) chopped
- 1 lrg yellow onion chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp celery seed
- 1 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Direcciones
- Cut corn kernels from cobs. Combine the corn kernels with remaining ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for a half hour.
- Pour into warm, sterilized preserving jars, cover, and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 20 min.
- This recipe yields about 4 pints.
- Yield: 4 pints
