Ingredientes

  • 2 quart ripe fresh persimmon pulp
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. orange juice grated rind of 1 orange

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 4-qt enameled or possibly stainless steel pan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often till thickened, usually about 20 min. Pour into sterilized half-pint jars and seal at once.
  2. This recipe yields about 6 half-pint jars.
  3. Yield: 6 half-pints
