- In a 3-quart. saucepan over medium heat, saute/fry the onion in the oil till soft and slightly brown, about 5 min.
- Add in the Gimme Lean!TM and continue to stir till it browns.
- Add in the beans and barbecue sauce; mix thoroughly.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for about 10 min.
- Serve with Spicy Soy Cornbread and Coleslaw.
