Ingredientes

  • 1 c. finely minced onion
  • 3/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. minced celery
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 32 ounce. bottle ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 - 5 pound beef or possibly pork Texas style ribs

Direcciones

  1. In skillet, saute/fry onion, celery and black pepper in butter. Add in to crock pot with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hrs (high setting 3 - 4 hrs). Sauce can be doubled and freezes well.
