Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
  • 1/4 c. sorghum molasses or possibly 3 tbsp. brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Brown grnd beef, onion and green pepper. Drain. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
