Receta Barbecued (or baked) Apples
Ingredientes
- Two medium apples (I used fugi), cored but kept whole
- Tin foil
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon plus a little more
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Juice of 1/2 orange (I used a blood orange but you can use a regular orange too)
